Day 1
Nairobi – Masai Mara national reserve
Pick up hotel/airport and leave for Masai Mara National Reserve to arrive in good time for lunch and rest. After lunch, relax for 30 minutes and start your afternoon game drive until late evening. The Mara is one of the few places on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed where you will find mass numbers that roam the plains and forests of Africa. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of thousands of wildebeest and zebra, with predators right on their heels trying to capitalize on a meal. Dinner and overnight at your camp/ Lodge.
Day 2
Masai Mara national reserve
After breakfast; leave for a full day game drive carrying your packed lunch: spent the day viewing the great predators and explore the park’s amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay, we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.
Day 3
Masai Mara national reserve – Lake Nakuru national park
After breakfast; leave for Lake Nakuru National Park to arrive in good time for lunch and rest. Afternoon game drive in the park: The Park is home to stunning flocks of lesser and Greater Flamingos, which literally turn the lakeshores into a magnificent pink stretch. The birdlife here is world renown and over 400 bird species exist here, White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets, and Marabou Stork. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the White and Black Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.
Day 4
